Wildlife
Animals captivate us from our early childhood and throughout our entire lives. We look out for them, study them and enjoy them. At Imagery Captivation we like to catch them in our imagery while they are doing what they do in the wild.
Understanding light and shade and how it interacts with the subject matter, in this case, the animals, we spend the time to capture them at their best and most interesting. It’s always challenging as different times of the day yielding different behaviours in animals which can result in a range of imagery that’s pleasing to the eye.

Christmas 2023 in Bundaberg, Queensland Australia. Bundaberg is well known for its Bundaberg Rum but that's not the only treasure here. The birdlife is incredible. The Botanical Gardens has a bird sanctuary and just a little further north is the area of Moores Park. Well worth the visit!

On the 17 of September 2023, I had the opportunity to visit the tranquil spot of Bribie Island, well known to people in South East Queensland and is also heaven for birds. These images were taken on the western side of the island.

A small collection of interesting wildlife found in Zhangjiajie, China. The macaques monkeys are the main animal you will see. At the bottom of the mountains the macaques are very used to people, however as you go further up the mountains the macaques become far more interesting as they aren't interested in people. I also found the birds to be interesting as well.
